DYMT / DYKE PROBES

The DYMT & DYKE are designed to meet and exceed the requirements of the polymer industry. The flexible design of these thermocouples can be used in extrusion and injection molding.

PROBE OPTIONS:  Thermocouple [Type J, 2xJ, L, K, etc.], RTD [2, 3, 2x3, 4 Wire]
MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE & PRESSURE:  900°F [480°C]  |  1000 BAR

DYMT SERIES MELT TEMPERATURE PROBES

The DYMT has a unique rotatable blade-style thermocouple which reduces friction in the melt stream. The mounting thread is compatible with most extrusion system threads. Dual Type J thermocouples or dual 3-wire RTDs are also available.

DYKE SERIES MELT TEMPERATURE PROBES

PROBE OPTIONS:  Thermocouple [Type J, L, K, etc.], RTD [2, 3, 4 Wire]
MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE & PRESSURE:  900°F [480°C]  |  1000 BAR

The DYKE is an alternative to the DYMT Series, offering a thermal insulator between the housing and the sensor tip via a ceramic insulator. The DYKE series is especially suitable for extrusion environments with highly abrasive materials. Dual TCs and RTDs are not available on the DYKE.
