Standard melt thermocouple probes with Type J thermocouples and fiberglass insulated elements for extrusion applications.
TB422J THERMOCOUPLE FOR EXTRUDER BARREL MEASUREMENTS
The TB422J has a 1/2-20 UNF mount and is interchangable with most pressure transducer ports. Immersion lengths are configurable, from flush to 1" in length. Type J and K thermocouples are available.
TI422J ADJUSTABLE THERMOCOUPLE
The TI422J allows simple and rapid adjustment of the immersion length to suit each application. Spring-based and flex-armor-based solutions are available for up to 7" or "B" length adjustable immersion.
TG422J GENERAL EXTRUSION THERMOCOUPLE
The TG422J is a versatile and economical thermocouple with a stainless steel sheath. The TG422J can be straight or manufactured to a 45° or 90° bend angle.
